The Arthi AI Collective is an AI education and applied AI startup making artificial intelligence practical and accessible for people who do not come from traditional AI or machine learning backgrounds. We help students, working professionals, career switchers, founders, and teams move from simply hearing about AI to actually using, building, and working with it. Our work spans 1:1 AI mentorship, hands-on workshops, AI literacy programs, career and portfolio development, learning resources, and practical AI automation for businesses. What makes The Arthi AI Collective different is its build-first approach. Instead of relying on pre-recorded courses or theory-heavy instruction, learners work on real projects, workflows, automations, AI agents, and problems relevant to their careers or businesses. The problem we are solving is simple: AI is advancing quickly, but access to understandable, practical AI education has not kept pace. Too many people still believe AI is only for engineers or researchers. The Arthi AI Collective exists to close that gap. Founded by AI educator and practitioner Arthi Rajendran, who has over a decade of industry experience building AI and data products, the Collective has already taught 10,000+ learners and delivered 50+ talks and workshops. Our larger mission is to help one million people understand AI well enough to use it, build with it, and participate meaningfully in an AI-driven economy.
