Weekday
Recruiting
Weekday (YC W21) is an AI recruiter that runs outbound sourcing campaigns to help companies hire top tech talent. It searches a 300M+ talent database, including passive candidates who aren't actively applying, writes personalized outreach, and follows up over email, WhatsApp, and phone until each candidate responds, driving 50%+ response rates. Teams can search the database themselves on a subscription or hand hiring over entirely on a contingency basis. Founded by Amit Singh, Chetan Dalal, and Anubhav Malik, Weekday is based in San Francisco and Bengaluru.
